I am an 18 year old Filmmaker from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Now in Vancouver, BC

   At a young age of 9,  I started my career as an actor performing on the stage to acting in front of the camera.  As I got older I started to pay more attention with the behind the scenes of it all, and once I was in high school I stopped acting and decided to focus primarily on learning how a camera works. 

​

    As I started learning more and creating films and going out doing photo shoots. I started to look for an outlet to fuel my creativity, and I found the Winnipeg Film Group (WFG). Which is where I have grown as an independent filmmaker. Since attending workshops at the Film Group and entering my films in their contests, I knew I wanted this to be the rest of my Life.

Since then I have directed 3 short films and 2 music videos, among helping as an AD and Grip on many other projects. One of my films has made into the Gimli Film Festival for 48 films, the University of Winnipeg Film Festival Twice, and played at the TIFF Bell Lightbox building among a selected 19 films out of 140 for a 6 year retrospective. 

 

    I am now attending the Vancouver Film School (VFS). After that we will see where my Films take me.
